The marks become more complex and the colour more vibrant towards the bottom of this piece. This helps to give the feeling of a landscape that could be interpreted indifferent ways. Most of my pieces have a dark finish inside but this piece seemed to need a lighter colour for the inside.
Slab built vessel with incised lines, engobes, underglaze, glaze and oxides . Fired to 1140C
